I'M STILL HEALING
(And So Are You)
A book, a framework, and a healing-centered initiative for individuals, organizations, and institutions
NOW AVAILABLE
I’M STILL HEALING (And So Are You) is more than a book. It is a personal journey through trauma, accountability, growth, and transformation.
Written by Demetris Knuckles El, this book speaks to individuals who have experienced pain, loss, incarceration, violence, or emotional struggle—and reminds them that healing is possible.
This book serves as the foundation of the STILL HEALING Initiative and introduces readers to the principles that guide the program.
Whether you are beginning your healing journey or continuing the process, this book offers reflection, encouragement, and hope.
Healing is not a destination. Healing is a journey. And many of us are still healing.
THE BOOK THAT STARTED IT ALL
I’M STILL HEALING (And So Are You) is the foundation of the STILL HEALING Initiative.
The book introduces the healing principles that guide the curriculum and provides a powerful message of reflection, accountability, and transformation.
Organizations often use this book as a companion resource for participants during training sessions.
Healing is not a destination. It is a process.
This work was not created from theory.
It was created from lived experience.
I'M STILL HEALING (And So Are You) and the STILL HEALING Initiative were created to offer a structured pathway for reflection, accountability, and transformation. This work is grounded in lived experience and designed to support individuals, organizations, institutions and communities seeking meaningful healing and personal growth.
